Option to save drafts manualy

Feature Request

Have a setting to allow users to chose between automatic and manual save of drafts.

When manual save is selected, a "Save draft" button would be added to the NewMessage components.

Rationale

Currently, Mail saves a draft every few keystrokes. This is nice but can sometime be problematic: For example, I've just had the issue where I've lost the whole content of my draft after a bad manipulation: I somehow navigated away from my draft to a new, empty, draft. I then pressed the back button of my browser only to find out that the content of my draft had been deleted, probably replaced by the (empty) content of the empty draft where I'd mistakenly navigated away.

The question is where to put the setting. Per account? Per user?

Well, I would say "per user": It's the choice of a single individual
