Account provisioning for user groups
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the account provisioning feature only works for individual users and when their email addresses match. However, if I have a service email address such as [email protected], I have to manually add it to each user who needs access, which can be a tedious process when when there are a lot of users.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if the account provisioning feature allowed more mailboxes/email addresses per domain and could also be applied to specific user groups. The use case would be as follows: Let's say I have a support department that needs access to the mailbox with the email address [email protected]. Currently, I have to manually add this additional mailbox for each user individually, but it would be convenient if I could simply create a group called โSupport,โ add all my users from the support department to that group, and then provision the [email protected] mailbox only for that group. This would also have additional benefits, such as users not being able to remove the mailbox, as is possible with manual addition, and a user who joins the support department can simply be added to the support group and the mailbox is automatically (or with one click) made available.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding a service mailbox like [email protected] for each user individually.
