Steps to reproduce
1.receive an email in arabic (a reply). (this does not happen everytime .)
Expected behavior
see text in arabic as expected
Actual behavior
caracters ar not decoded properly
the problem is not from mail server . as same email appear in outlook correctly

Hello, i tried with different scenarios, and cannot reproduce the issue. Can you please send us one of the emails that it is not shown correctly, and that doesnt have sensitive data in a .eml format?

it appears as a normal email with subject ÚíÈ ãÕäÚí Ýí ÇáØÇæáÉ RY-1168 ØÇæáÉ ØÚÇã .
the first email who received it it appeared like that . the second one who replied or transferred the file , the subject will indeed become that . I hope you understood .
