Subject not or barely visible in list view
Steps to reproduce
- Switch from any split view to list view
Expected behavior
The subject is shown (at least the major part)
Actual behavior
The subjects gets shortened sometimes already after three characters.

I am wondering why we do not use the list from the horizontal split - this actually presents all information the best way (sender, subject and content preview have enough space even on small screens).
On small screens, the app is barely usable, because all split views take too much room so the email list only shows a few messages and the pure list view basically does not show any relevant information.
I agree that we can improve a bit how we show recipient, subject and the preview on list view. Thank you very much for opening a ticket about it!
