The pop-up window should be larger when Cc or Bcc are displayed

When you compose a new message, the pop-up appears in the middle and the height is always the same. If you then display additional address lines such as Cc or Bcc to specify them, the message editor becomes even smaller and is only a few lines high for composing the message.

Describe the solution you'd like

That you can generally enlarge the pop-up (including the height) if necessary.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The enlarge icon only makes the contact display on the right side disappear if you have entered an email address from your contacts. This does not solve the height problem.
