Imip: Shown timezone does not match date/time

Steps to reproduce

1. Alice: Create an event and pick "Los Angeles" as timezone and send an invitation to Bob.
2. Bob: Open the email in Mail. The time is already in Bob's timezone, but it says Los Angeles timezone.

Expected behavior

The timezone shown to the event should match the time ;)

Actual behavior

The timezone shown does not match the time.
