Certian Mail Labels should require S/MIME Encryption
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If an outgoing email if Marked as Confidential or contains a Confidential File tagged in the nextcloud system, it goes out unencrypted on accident due to people not enabling the S/MIME encryption or one of the recipients not being recognized as an encryption destination.
Describe the solution you'd like
Nextcloud Admin or Owner should be able to require encryption on all outgoing emails that are marked as Confidential (or other specified tags) or if a file that has been tagged as confidential is attached.

Thank for your request. Is there a standardized email header for this, and a standardized Nextcloud tag?
Do you know of any other systems that implement this, as a reference?
We are able to implement this with outlook today. I believe it is all done in the client but I will look to see if there are any headers.
Typically there is a drop down in the client that tags the email as Confidential.
Here is a youtube that shows the drop downs but it does not show the "Policies" that can be made around it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYqQIiN5CPk
Here is some more info around sensitivity labels: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-apps/outlook/security/security-compliance
There is a ton more but I don't want to over whelm this thread.
This app is based on IMAP. It would be helpful if you could find out how Outlook's tag translates to IMAP flags.
Ok, I will dig into it. Thank you!
Hi there! It looks like this issue hasn’t seen much activity for a while and might need a bit more information to move forward. If we don’t hear back soon, we may close it to keep things organized. Thanks again for your contributions – we really appreciate it!
