Delete a thread and its follow-ups

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a Nextcloud Mail user I receive emails and follow-up that I'm not interested in. E.g. recruiters or freelancers.

Describe the solution you'd like

Offer me an option to ignore the thread. This deletes the emails, and any possible follow-ups.

The overlap happens in the frontend. The data structures for filters are currently baked into the filter editing components. To make them usable in other places we will extract them. This change is a prerequisite for https://github.com/nextcloud/mail/issues/10935, which Daniel will work on. Therefore this feature also has to wait a bit.
