Thank you for your report
Do you also use a hoster for Nextcloud or would you be able to diagnose this problem a bit with my asisstance?
Yes, I use a web-hosting provider (manitu.de). I can try to help, but I don't have direct server access.
Okay. Then let's try https://github.com/nextcloud/mail/blob/main/doc/admin.md#logging.
Enable the logging and open the menu with the quota. Then check horde_imap.log file and look for the quota command and response.
Disable logging afterwards.
Please excuse the late reply. First, a quick note: When I evaluate the quota in Thunderbird, two quotas are displayed (see attachment). The "group quota" attribute is then displayed in the Nextcloud mail app. The "user-data" attribute represents the value actually assigned for the specific mailbox. Can this information help narrow down or resolve the problem?
I take that the server reports more than one quota root with a storage property. We combine it and use the group quota instead of the user quota.
I'll speculatively tag this as reproducible.
Version 5.2.0: Works correctly. Many thank's :-)
