Change filename when saving attachment

When I get a mail with appendix with a wild name, it would be nice when I can change the name of the appendix on the save process.

1. select appendix

2. select button Save under files

3. select the destination folder

4. change the file name

5. save file

6. select save all appendix

7. select the destination folder

8. change the file names

9. save all

1. select appendix
2. select button Save under files
3. select the destination folder
4. save
5. go to the file destination over last changes
6. rename the file
