Delete icon displayed near empty entry

Just installed this app (v4) on NC 27.1.5 and NC28. In both cases delete icon is always displayed near empty entry, no matter if any IP is added or not. Clicking it does nothing.

Like I mentioned, deleting all "real" IPs doesn't solve the issue - even if no IPs are added, empty entry is displayed.
