app instantly crashes after switched to second account with photo auto upload and approx. 2000 photos queued for upload
Expected behaviour
The app opens properly and uploads all images to the server.
Actual behaviour
The app crashes instantly when I try to open it. No interaction possible. It has the red bubble indicating that 1974 items are queued to be automatically uploaded to the server. The server log does not show any error entry.
Steps to reproduce
-
Register two accounts (to two different servers). Enable the automatic upload function for photos and videos, set to compatibility mode (automatic jpeg conversion), no subfolders.
-
Shot 2k photos with only one account selected. I did not upload the 2k photos using this account at once. I often switched between nextcloud app and camera app over a couple of days.
-
Switch to the second account, let it discover the 2k Photos, it crashes. I don't know, if switching to another account is necessary for reproducing.

I have a similar issue, in that the nextcloud app (v. 2.22.5) crashes immediately after opening. Restarting the iPhone 8Plus (IOS, version 12.1 (16B92) did not help either. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the issue, but this is the third time this happened, and I wonder if there is a log somewhere that I could send you guys so that you can troubleshoot this?
FYI: Congrats on the Nextcloud Server and Nextcloud app. This is an AMAZING system, I'm very, very glad I found this! I'm using it to wean off Apple iCloud slowly...
You could enable the DEBUG mode of nextcloud and have a look into the nextcloud.log Nextcloud log is usually located in the data directory. Enable Debug mode by: sudo -u www-data nextcloud php occ log:manage --level 0
