Videos sometimes not auto uploaded, and if uploaded wrong time stamp in exif data

Steps to reproduce
- Enable auto upload for pictures and videos
- Take a collection of pictures and videos
- Look into server side destination upload folder
Expected behaviour
All pictures and videos should be uploaded in the correct sequence defined by the date and time the picture/video was taken.
Actual behaviour
The pictures are uploaded with the correct time stamp. Videos are not uploaded sometimes, but when uploaded the exif data and the file's time stamp doesn't show the timestamp the video was taken, but the timestamp the video was uploaded. This may differ from the original time stamp if 'upload via WLAN only' was selected and the upload takes place at a later time when connecting to a WLAN after a busy day taking a lot of pictures and videos. My suspicion is that the behaviour is caused by the internal iOS conversion process from HEVC to MOV prior to the upload of the video, resulting in a wrong timestamp reflecting the date of the conversion process instead of the date the video was taken. Instead the timestamp the video was taken should be used.
Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?
Videos are appearing at a wrong place of the timeline when taking a lot of pictures and videos over the day without WLAN connection
Environment data
iOS version: 26.0.1
Nextcloud iOS app version: 7.1.8.11
Server operating system: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
Nextcloud version: 31.0.10
The problem occured during a vaction to Korea, where i was taking a lot of pictures and videos during the day and was uploading them in the evening when i was back at the hotel and connected to the hotel's wifi. After coming back from the vacation i recognized that only the pictures had been uploaded to the server and most of the videos were missing. The videos which had been uploaded showed the wrong time stamp.
The automatic camera upload seems severely broken. Sometimes it's working, sometimes only some files of a collection of new pictures are uploaded. Sometimes nothing is uploaded. I've deactivated the automatic upload for now and i'm going to use iMazing to upload the pictures manually. So all pictures and movies are uploaded and the exif data is correct...
