Auto-Upload not working after large upload

Steps to reproduce

1. start large upload/update of pics
2. wait til finish
3. take new pics with iPhone

Expected behaviour

pics should be uploaded

Actual behaviour

pics are not uploaded, neither wehen app is in back- nor foreground

Bug, this should be standard behavior.

Same issue here. It looks like currently it tries to collect all pending assets at once which result huge load to the system. I'd suggest we refine the uploading behavior to separate the indexing and uploading pending assets into two tasks. The indexing task index pending items in a small batch each time and the uploading task upload the pending items by fetching the indexed pending items from the database.

for me the upload resumed the day before yesterday, without doing anything but opening the App on the phone. versions are different now:

I have to correct this comment: Only the upload of non-HEIC files wrx (.MOV, .PNG). Maybe a problem with .HEIC integration?

I came to think that this might also be a naming issue/collission with other "IMG_NNNN.heic" files e.g. from image shares over AirDrop from other phones (for avoiding such collisions on my own phone after 9999 pics taken I already use splitting of the download folder on a yearly basis). Day before yesterday I tried different naming schemes with "YYYY-MM-DD IMG_ NNNN.heic" and it seems to work now.

it still stuck on my end. The upload works for a short while and then it stuck suddendly.

it looks like the upload was fixed by the newest version(v7.1.8)
