Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Auto upload currently (see #3736) makes app unusable for very long periods when auto-upload is in process. There currently seems to be no way to abort or pause the upload, making it impossible to accomplish other tasks while auto-upload is in process, which may be very long.

Describe the solution you'd like Provide an easy way to pause uploads (both automatic and manual). This is useful both for task re-prioritization, as well as ability to avoid large amounts of data usage on undesirable networks.
