Encryption app is enabled but keys are not initialized
Nextcloud version 6.6.2: Encryption app is enabled but keys are not initialized. Logged out and logged in. Error message: Your browser is not supported. Please upgrade to a newer version or a supported one. If you continue with the old browser, Nextcloud will open in this window, i.e. in the browser instead of the application. OS IOS 18.5. Nextcloud version: 31.0.4.
InvalidTokenException Token does not exist: token does not exist Renewing session token failed: Token does not exist.
It's not a problem on another iPhone if you're already logged in. However, this problem arises as soon as you have to log in, i.e., with a username and password.
Update: If you create an app password and scan the QR code with your phone in the app, the connection will be established successfully.

I also am experiencing this issue. I even tried disabling encryption altogether via "occ encryption:decrypt-all" to bypass this bug.
With encryption disabled, I get the error "Please enable server side encryption in the admin settings in order to use the encryption module", when trying to log in via the IOS app.
Should work despite the bug with the QR code, give it a try.

You are right. Using the app password did indeed work.
Same issue here, and using App Password (QR Code) worked to finally log in to Nextcloud. Logging in via other apps (MacOS, Windows) and via the web all work fine, and without that error, so I assume this is a bug in the latest iOS mobile app.
Other things I've tried: enabling/disabling TOTP for user, enabling/disabling passkey for user, regenerating backup codes, changing default iOS browser to/from safari/firefox, deleting and re-installing iOS app, rebooting phone, updating server instance (31.0.5->31.0.7).
