Videos not playing

Steps to reproduce

1. установил последнее обновление 5.5.5.0
2. видеозаписи в приложении перестали открываться. видеозаписи в формате mp4, но ошибка "Codec not supported vlc could not decode the format jpeg (JPEG)"
