.docx files shared or opened through Word or Pages app are read only

This behavior was reported for docx files opened through Word or Pages, but is probably the same for other files, like spreadsheets opened through Excel/Numbers.

Case 1:

1. Share a docx file and choose to open it in Word or Pages
2. File is read only and can only be modified via a copy

Case 2:

1. Open native Files app and choose Nextcloud as the location.
2. Click on a docx file and open it in Word or Pages
3. File is read only and can only be modified via a copy
