Auto sync photos don't work with E2EE folders

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable E2EE
2. Enable auto sync
3. Take a photo
4. Alternatively sync whole camera roll - will throw error

Expected behaviour

I would expect it to sync photos and encrypt them.

Actual behaviour

Unable to enable auto sync photos to encrypted folder
