4.4.x: Fulltextsearch-results not shown in the app

Steps to reproduce

1. Have "Files-Fulltextsearch" enabled on the server
2. Unified search then returns also documents which are containing the search term (not only where the term is in the file name)
3. The IOS search does not return these

Expected behaviour

The marked files are containing the search term and are shown in the web search:

Actual behaviour

The files found above are not listed in the app (which they should in the unified search)

Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?

Unified search in the app should show all results which the unified search shows in the web browser.
