End-to-end encrypted files not cached anymore

On version 4.4.0 (iOS 15.5) E2EE files aren't cached anymore in the app making them inaccessible in case of lack of internet.

They aren't cached automatically when opened and the "make available offline" option in the menu isn't shown.

I believe this is also the reason for which images in E2EE directories aren't shown anymore as mentioned in #1760

This also means that tapping the three dots menu on an E2EE file and selecting "Open in" doesn't work anymore

Seems fixed in 4.4.1
