Respect low data mode for synchronization

Steps to reproduce

  1. Connect to wifi
  2. Enable "low data mode" in settings of connected wifi
  3. Open Nextcloud app with pending synchronization jobs (e.g. Photo sync).

Expected behaviour

No automatic syncs should happen.

Actual behaviour

Nextcloud syncs the data.

Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?

Low data mode is intended for wifi networks, which don‘t provide much bandwith or have volume limitations. Therefore, no automatic data transfers should be triggered in these networks.

iOS version: 15.5

Nextcloud iOS app version: 4.3.1.0
