[Proposal] support Clinical Growth Charts for children

It is recommended to provide the fuction of child growth chart. Mainly provide the height, weight and BMI of children.

Such as the charts in https://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/data/set2clinical/set2color.pdf The data of the lines in those charts, which is named as data table, can be obtained from https://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/clinical_charts.htm

Add it in Health app, or Create a new app? I vote add in Health.
