Feature Request: Step Tracking

I checked the existing and closed issues but didn't see anything for this already but I'd like to make a request to have step tracking added. currently i use the walking activity with the number of steps entered into the comments box but wanted to see if it could have its own section
Describe the solution you'd like
Either within activities an option for entering steps and being able to tracking them in a chart or a complete separate section below activities for entering steps. Ideally if it has its own chart being able to set a goal and see how you did comparatively with stats on how many times you hit or exceeded the goal that month
