Can't remove some apps from guest whitelist

In the guest settings the default whitelist contains dashboard, user_status, weather_status which don't show up in the multiselect dropdown and as such can't be removed. (weather app isn't even installed).

I agree that the inability to remove the dashboard from the applications whitelist is a flaw. In many cases, it would be obtuse and confusing to present a guest user with a full dashboard after each sign-in event, if the objective is simply to share a few files.

It doesn't work! I've removed Dashboard and Firstrunwizard, i've even restarted the server. New user still gets the dashboard, and what is worse, First run wizard is not loading properly, showing black rectangles - and i can't even disable it...
