Not whitelisted apps still show information in file list / sidepanel [comments, files_versions]

Some apps still show information in the side panel or the file list even if they are not whitelisted for guest users.

1. If the the comments app is not whitelisted, the comments tab is still usable for guest users and also in the file list the icon for unread comments appears.
2. If the files_version app is not whitelisted, guest users still see the version history in the versions tab and can download older versions of files.

We have the same problem. Our guests also see the trashbin, although files_trashbin is not on the whitelist.
