Assign guest role to a normlal user / after user creation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I created a user which turned out to need the guest role restrictions. The user had already used his account and I don't want to delete the user.

Describe the solution you'd like Would be great if the guest role could be applied after the user is created.
