Allow guests to add Collaborative tags to shared files

hi I am using this nice module but it looks like guest user cant add collaborative tags to files shared with them. Is it the expected behavior? Thanks

Guests feature is nice to limit complexity of sharing with guests e.g. to whitelist number of apps. For normal NC users Edit and Create rights are needed being able to work on collaborative tags. Commenting is possible without extra right. Suggest tags should be editable as well.
