allow advanced permissions to use circles

It would be great if the advanced permissions could use circles as an option for setting a rule.

Scenario: projects-based organisation with 10s - 100s of multi-discipline projects ongoing;

Project manager is given advanced permission rights to their projects folders; they want to add and remove people easily for each given project, and have a similar interest in Deck and Talk etc.. Maintaining the same list of users for each element seems wasteful, and having groups for 100s of projects a major time consumer for IT staff.

Solution: project manager maintains a closed circle per project, uses that in the group folder advanced permission rule, in Deck and in Talk.

I second this request. My org only uses circles with no connected groups (reduces administrators work load), so being able to sort permissions with circles would be a great help!

Clarification related to https://github.com/nextcloud/circles/pull/551 - will the circles work for ACLs if (and only if) they contain users that have access to the parent groupfolder? So scenario would be: Projects groupfolder: All user group granted full permissions ACL on groupfolder sets all user group to read-only, named users have create rights Subfolder in group folder, ACL is set to allow named user (project manager) full rights, and the PM creates a circle to enable RW for project team members
