occ command to validate gss mapping

A great little helper tool would be to have the posibility to test the mapping from the command line

Somethings like:

./occ globalscale:checkmapping <MAPPINGATTRIBUTE>

Should output the mapping. Maybe with verbose steps like we check X and Y etc.
