NC 16 RC2: Android Browser (Firefox, Chrome) can`t scroll

You make a gallery with pictures and share this gallery with a public link in the gallery overview.

On android phones you can not scroll the gallery. No matter which browser you use. Only on the small white area is it possible to scroll (marked in red). There is no problem on iPhones.

Edit: I can also see the bug on the normal Nextcloud web view in the Android browser. Scrolling is only possible in the upper area.
