Create albums straight from Gallery

With drag and drop, you start to feel the need for it as it would make it easer to organise images quickly

We could allow for empty albums which have been created during the session to show up in Gallery, but they would not be saved to the filesystem until something has been moved inside them.

That can't be. They'll disappear right away because they're empty
@oparoz we could mitigate the disappearing by creating the folder and then directly navigating into it. Then it would be an empty view with an »Upload pictures« function.
That wouldn't work for an important use case which is to reorganise the current folder by dropping a bunch of images inside the newly created folder.
Ok, so the issue here is clearly that empty folders or rather folders without images are not shown at all. We could start by actually showing empty folders - which are probably rare and most often the result of just having created it.
