Add Files sidebar to the slideshow

Description
Files presents all the information related to a file in a sidebar. ~~We should use the same GUI component to present the same information next to the large preview filling up the rest of the screen.~~ The component from Files can't be used and has to be rewritten, including the plugin support.

- Lets us show meta data which is specific to media files (description, facial recognition, GPS data, etc.)
- Easy access to the sharing dialogue
- Easy access to comments

We can't re-use the Files sidebar as it is, once again, too Files specific which means re-creating the whole component, including the plugin manager and all the plugins which have been written specifically for Files. This is probably never going to happen.
It may be possible one day to easily add the Files sidebar. See https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/18170
We fixed this in another way. Sidebar should be added sooner or later anyway -> removing milestone for now.
Details pane is available on NC17 but is not refreshed on slideshow progress so not closing
