Add button to check fulltextsearch from UI

In shared hosting environments, you often don't have the possibility to execute occ commands. For this it would be helpful, if the command "./occ fulltextsearch:check" could be invoked from the admin interface and to see the results from that.

This would really help admins to setup fulltext search on shared hosting.

Maybe we should add the possibility for all the occ fulltextsearch commands to be invoked from the admin interface?
