Adding images to questions

Google Forms has the ability to add images to questions, e.g. here to multiple choice, which is a nice way to visualize it:

I'd like to add, images in both questions and answers would be preferable. This may be resolved automatically by implementing #489.

If add image is possible to the answer would it be possible to make an image with the mobile and it will be uploaded?

Cause than I can use form for site inspections.

You can add images using markdown:

This is a bit finicky though and doesn't work entirely as you expect.

Forms is not using markdown so this is useless. Or is there a way to make it use markdown?

In the latest release, you can use markdown for the form description and the question descriptions. See #489

Maybe it's worth to extend it to allow users to upload a picture to a form? The we could use Forms as a "ticketing solution".
