Form can not be saved

Describe the bug Form can not be saved. If I refresh the tab the Header says New Form and all settings are gone.

  • Forms-Version:5.2.2 Desktop (please complete the following information):

-iOS 26.1

@xrsc6sxk9w-sys could you please check if you're missing some DB columns? If this is not the case, please provide us with relevant logs from the browser console or the Nextcloud server log.

If this is not possible please add at least the steps needed to reproduce the error.

If non of this is given, we can't do anything...
