Viewport wobble on published forms

Describe the bug Annoying little overflow gap on mobile view. Can't find the corresponding file. Video attached. PS: On mobile device it's a pia imho. Fix in video.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create form
  2. Publish
  3. Make window small or open on mobile device
  4. See problem; Form wobbles some px left and right.

Expected behavior No wobble

The main issue is how the <header> is built. The solution provided is the lazy fox, but works with no downside.

The video fix is not really acceptable as just hiding the overflow might hide information. Instead the overflowing elements should be fixed (if needed).
