Subscribe to Forms as RSS / Atom Feed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Optionally exposing / sharing a form as an RSS feed would allow support for a form having a basic level of embedding in any application which supports RSS, which means all modern chat platforms (Slack, Matrix, Discord, forums, any rss client / server, Nextcloud News, Talk bot, etc.), forums or anywhere else that could be sent an RSS feed.
Describe the solution you'd like This would provide a universal way to not only share, but embed a form into other applications, services, you name it. It would also allow Nextcloud users to share form results with non-Nextcloud users easily.
Forms can currently be accessed over RSS through the Activity app user feed available under "Settings" on bottom left hand side, but this would make them available more broadly on a per-form basis.

- #2313 but RSS is even more universal since it supports non-federated users and any generic service supporting RSS protocol (Any rss client, News app, Talk bot, Slack/Discord/Matrix/Mattermost/Wordpress/etc.)
