Link Form to a CSV

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Developing Question and Answers need some Datatranslation we usually use CSV.

Describe the solution you'd like Link a Form bidirectional to a CSV which auto-create a form depending on the content of the CSV. A CSV binding automatically limit the possibility of the Form depending of the limits of CSV. It should be possible to break a link to a CSV.

1. Select a CSV
2. Open it in Forms
3. Forms ask about delimiter
4. Forms ask if Questions are separated in the first line into several row or if Questions are per line "Question 1","Question 2","Question 3" or

5. If default use Longtext.
6. If the first line contain a specific codetext e.g. checkbox the folowing rows could contains possible answers.

"checkbox","Question 1","Answer 1.0","Answer 1.1","etc."
"Dropdown","Question 2","Answer 2.0","Answer 2.1","etc."

7. Don't hesistate to modify the CSV according the need of Forms.
