Load scripts only when needed

Right now the javascript files from files_videoplayer are loaded for every app no matter if it is really needed.

https://github.com/nextcloud/files_videoplayer/blob/master/appinfo/app.php#L18-L19

Those should only be loaded for the files app similar to https://github.com/nextcloud/files_texteditor/blob/master/appinfo/app.php
