the tarball attached to the v2.13.0 tag advertises itself as 2.14.0 in the UI:

www/nextcloud/apps $grep '<version>' files_texteditor/appinfo/info.xml
        <version>2.14.0</version>

while version is still 2.13.0 in master branch
