Automatic unlocking when closing doesn't work

Since the last update (28.0.2) the automatic unlocking of files when closing them doesn't work reliably anymore. Tested with MS Word.

Desktop Client: Windows, 3.12.0

I think it's a Desktop client issue since 3.11.1 https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues/6401

@juliushaertl as per comments on https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues/6401, it seems that the automatic lock/unlock feature works on 28.0.2 and it is not working on 27.0.4
