No statistics (counters)

We are missing statistics about the number of downloads for each file, see also forum topic: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/statistics-of-uploaded-shared-files/

Yeah maybe, but this is currently not the focus of this app. However I'm okay if someone implements this.
