Massive notification for shared videos

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload a video
2. share the directory or video
3. open the link
4. watch the video in the browser
5. you will get massive notifications while watching the video that the video was downloaded

Expected behaviour

only one notification that one person watched the video.

Actual behaviour

you are getting a lot of notification that the file was downloaded

Server configuration

Operating system: Ubuntu LTS

Web server: NGINX

Database: MySQL

PHP version: 8.1

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page) Nextcloud 27.1.5
