Icons of different sizes in the user quota

Steps to reproduce

1. upload large svg images (400x400) as icons
2. Create a link to an external site in the user's quota
3. Open file app

Expected behaviour

icons should not be bigger than the trashbin icon or the quota icon or the settings icon

Actual behaviour

the external site icon is 44x44 and the other icons are 20x20
