make external site scrollable for mobile devices

An external site which shows up correctly in any Browser, as far as it is a on PC or Notebook cannot be scrolled with a mobile browser e.g. Safari with Iphone

I think this is related to iPhone and iPad. I used external sites to have an icon in the menu to facilitate navigating to my Pico CMS site. It worked with no problems on PC and Android phone, but not on iPad or iPhone. On the latter I could only see parts of the Welcome page and could not scroll the page.

BUT if I checked "This site does not allow embedding" it worked OK on all the browsers. The only problem was that I missed an icon to get back to the NC site.
