Installing the server (Community Document Server) fails

1. Community Document Server cannot be installed without increasing the max time.
2. If downloaded manually or if the max time has been increased, the app cannot be enabled because it gives the following error:

An error occured during the request. Unable to proceed. App "documentserver_community" cannot be installed because appinfo file cannot be read.
