Document opening problems on iPad

Problems with document view on Next Cloudapp. When try to open any document (DOCX / XLSX / PPTX / ODT / ODS and other) opening OnlyOffice page with document loading page but a few seconds later client a displaying message aboud File on Server not found. However on iPhone (11 and 12) with the same version Next Cloud client all working perfectly. Installed last updated Next Cloud (25) server and latest versions of client applications
