Community Document Server & onlyoffice very slow at open excel documents

Hello, my users need 2 minutes before edit a document .xlsx; MS-Word take over 30 sec.

occ command: sudo -uwww-data php ./occ onlyoffice:documentserver --check Document server https://192.168.2.180/nextcloud/index.php/apps/documentserver_community/ version 6.3.1 is successfully connected

My server is debian 10.6.0 Nextcloud 21.0.5 not mariadb 10.3.31

Please, help me
