Update application info.

Since #100 is still open and many users complain about the current situation there should at least be a warning that this application is not maintained by Ascensio and is not intended for regular use.

Again nearly two months passed. Is this project still maintained? If not, you should remove it from the Nextcloud app store. Keeping it as it is makes no sense.

Retaking repo management include inheritance of old, not treated, and probablty obsolete issues, this is why it was decided to mark this pr as stale.
